To help neurodivergent adults and their families feel seen, heard, and supported as they build genuine connections, friendship and partnership, that last.
After years working closely with neurodivergent individuals and their families, we’ve seen their depth, resilience, and tremendous capacity for connection.
As they grew into adulthood, one wish stayed with us:
To create a safe, understanding space where meaningful relationships can grow, without labels getting in the way.
We’ve always been natural matchmakers, bringing people together quietly and thoughtfully.
Now we do it with intention: a concierge approach that meets each person where they are, celebrates individuality, and supports both members and families through each step.
Because love isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are we.

Founder & CEO
|Neurodiversity Advocate
Bella Zemel is the Founder and CEO of Matched Beyond Labels, where she leads the organization’s mission of creating inclusive, supportive spaces for neurodivergent adults seeking friendship, belonging, and meaningful relationships.
With a background in direct support, community building, and family collaboration, Bella has spent years working closely with neurodivergent individuals and their families, gaining a deep understanding of the strengths, resilience, and unique experiences within the community. Her passion for reducing isolation and helping people build authentic connections inspired the creation of Matched Beyond Labels.
A natural connector and compassionate leader, Bella brings warmth, empathy, and a relationship-centered approach to her work. Through personalized matchmaking, guided introductions, confidence-building support, and community-focused initiatives, she helps create experiences where members feel seen, valued, and understood.
Bella is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and believes that love, friendship, and genuine connection are experiences everyone deserves to have. Her approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that people thrive when they are accepted as their authentic selves.
Jen Coffer
Community Clinical Director
Registered Psychotherapist | Neurodiversity Advocate
Jen Coffer is a Registered Psychotherapist and the Community Clinical Director at Matched Beyond Labels, where she helps create emotionally safe, neurodiversity-affirming spaces for adults seeking friendship, connection, belonging, and meaningful relationships.
With a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, Jen brings both professional expertise and deep compassion to her work. She is dedicated to helping people feel seen beyond labels, reducing the isolation many neurodivergent adults experience, and fostering communities where authenticity is welcomed rather than masked.
Through workshops, community events, social initiatives, and collaborative programming, Jen helps guide the emotional and relational framework of Matched Beyond Labels while advocating for more inclusive and accessible social spaces.
Her approach is warm, validating, and grounded in the belief that connection should never require someone to change who they are.
Debi
Support & Connections Coordinator
Debi Kisluk is our Support & Connections Coordinator at Matched Beyond Labels. With a warm, steady, people-first approach, Debi supports members through discovery calls, scheduling, introductions, and thoughtful follow-ups, helping each step feel clear, comfortable, and never rushed.
She brings calm organization, kind communication, and deep respect for confidentiality and consent, creating a supportive experience behind the scenes.
Debi is passionate about helping connection unfold naturally, with dignity and care.
Karina
Corporate Partnerships & Workforce Integration Coordinator
Karina Gaudier is the Corporate Partnerships & Workforce Integration Coordinator at Matched Beyond Labels, where she helps build meaningful partnerships and create inclusive pathways that support neurodivergent individuals in both community and workplace settings.
As an autistic corporate strategist and founder of Autism Workforce Solutions, Karina brings a unique combination of lived experience, strategic thinking, and professional expertise to her work. With a background in finance and workplace design, she is passionate about helping organizations better understand, support, and value neurodivergent talent.
Through collaborative partnerships, career-focused initiatives, and strengths-based support, Karina helps bridge the gap between neurodivergent individuals and accessible, inclusive opportunities. She is dedicated to transforming neurodiversity awareness into meaningful, long-term workplace inclusion and success for both individuals and organizations.

Trained in Hypnotherapy and Gestalt Coaching in the U.S., she has supported countless clients in navigating inner conflict, easing emotional tension, and returning to their authentic essence.
At Matched Beyond Labels, Olga supports clients and families with calm, attuned guidance that helps meaningful connections flourish.

Peer Outreach Ambassador
Luis is a proud community builder and advocate for meaningful relationships. Drawing on his own lived experience as an adult on the autism spectrum, Luis helps prospective members and families understand how Matched Beyond Labels works, answering real-world questions with empathy and clarity. Luis leads warm introductions at workshops and community events, connects with local organizations, introduces our services, sharing his lived experience, building trust with families and partner organizations. and follows up with resources so people feel supported from “curious” to “ready.”

Regina
R.P. (Qualifying), M.A., B.A.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with clinic and group practice experience. Regina blends evidence-based strategies with a warm, holistic approach to help clients develop coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and build meaningful connections.
At Matched Beyond Labels, she supports neurodivergent adults and families by providing private sessions focused on dating, communication, and confidence, one respectful step at a time.
