Community builders who enjoy meeting people and opening doors
Organizers & doers who can turn ideas into simple next steps
People with lived experience (neurodivergent adults, family members, caregivers) are strongly encouraged to apply
Ways to Contribute
(Current Priority Roles)
Peer Outreach Ambassador (part-time):
Welcome new members at events, answer first-step questions, share resources, and guide to a free 15-min discovery call.
Community Moderator (volunteer/part-time):
Help us keep online spaces respectful, safe, and encouraging.
Workshop Host / Co-Facilitator (casual):
Neurodevelopmental or mental health diagnoses (if shared). Accessibility needs. Emotional and social compatibility notes. Religious, cultural, or ethnic identity (if provided voluntarily).
Partnership & Outreach Coordinator (part-time):
Connect with local orgs across the GTA/Ontario; coordinate intros and co-promotions.

We’re a consent-first, respect-first team. Reliability, confidentiality, and kindness matter most. Some roles may require basic screening (e.g., references); event-facing roles may require a background check.

Is this paid or volunteer?
We have a mix of volunteer, casual, and part-time roles. Some event-based roles include honorariums; details are discussed during the intro call.
Do I need previous experience?
Not always. Lived experience, reliability, and respectful communication are highly valued. Training provided.
Can families/caregivers apply?
Yes, family-inclusive perspectives are welcome.
