Our Mission:
To help neurodivergent adults and their families feel seen, heard, and supported as they build genuine connections, romantic and platonic, that last.
After years working closely with neurodivergent individuals and their families, we’ve seen their depth, resilience, and tremendous capacity for connection.
As they grew into adulthood, one wish stayed with us:
To create a safe, understanding space where meaningful relationships can grow, without labels getting in the way.
We’ve always been natural matchmakers, bringing people together quietly and thoughtfully.
Now we do it with intention: a concierge approach that meets each person where they are, celebrates individuality, and supports both clients and families through each step.
Because love isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are we.

Bella
Founder, CEO &
Relationship Guide
Guided by intuition, compassion, and genuine care, Bella believes that everyone deserves to experience the beauty of love, friendship, and authentic human connection.
With a background in direct support and family collaboration, Bella has witnessed the strengths, heart and resilience of the neurodivergent community up close. A natural connector, she designs personalized matchmaking plans, facilitates guided introductions, and offers family-inclusive support so clients can pursue love (and friendship) with confidence.
For Bella, Matchmaking is rooted in her deep belief that love is a beautiful feeling that everyone deserves to experience in this lifetime.
Cherry
CDW, ECE, SSW
Community Outreach Specialist
With 30+ years supporting neurodiverse children, adults, and families including those living with acquired brain injuries, Cherry builds trusted bridges between people and services. She partners with community agencies, schools, and clinics to expand access, advocates with a culturally responsive, person-centered approach, and guides caregivers through resources, workshops, and referrals. Warm, practical, and relentlessly solutions-focused, Cherry helps every member feel seen and supported to thrive.
Olga
Hypnotherapist, Gestalt Life Coach, Sensitive Spiritual Awareness
With more than two decades in emotional guidance and inner growth, Olga brings a rare combination of psychological depth and spiritual sensitivity. Trained in Hypnotherapy and Gestalt Coaching in the U.S., she has supported countless clients in navigating inner conflict, easing emotional tension, and returning to their authentic essence.
At Matched Beyond Labels, Olga supports clients and families with calm, attuned guidance that helps meaningful connections flourish.
Luis
Peer Outreach Ambassador
Luis is a proud community builder and advocate for meaningful relationships. Drawing on his own lived experience as an adult on the autism spectrum, Luis helps prospective members and families understand how Matched Beyond Labels works, answering real-world questions with empathy and clarity. Luis leads warm introductions at workshops and community events, connects with local organizations, introduces our services, sharing his lived experience, building trust with families and partner organizations. and follows up with resources so people feel supported from “curious” to “ready.” Luis's goal: make every person feel seen, respected, and confident about their next step.
Regina
R.P. (Qualifying), M.A., B.A.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with clinic and group practice experience. Regina blends evidence-based strategies with a warm, holistic approach to help clients develop coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and build meaningful connections.
At Matched Beyond Labels, she supports neurodivergent adults and families by providing private sessions focused on dating, communication, and confidence, one respectful step at a time.
Elina
Director of Marketing & Communications
Elina leads brand and marketing at Matched Beyond Labels. She turns our mission into clear stories and a cohesive digital presence, crafting social content, strengthening community touchpoints, and refining website messaging and trust & safety pages. Elina also develops partner outreach and caregiver-inclusive communications, keeping everything warm, accessible, and dignity-first.
